I paint because it helps me pay attention, and I believe Beauty has the Power to slow us down.

In a world that celebrates speed and constant noise, painting invites me to slow down- to notice changing light, weathered textures, quiet landscapes, and the beauty woven into everyday life.

My hope is that these paintings do the same for you. Not by demanding attention, but by gently inviting it. If someone pauses in front of one of my pieces, takes a deeper breath, or simply finds a moment of surrender, then my work has done what I had hoped.
